Developing SNES Pupils' Sportsmanship and Self Discipline through Taekwondo

As well as the sporting and self-defense aspects to Taekwondo, there is also an exercise element, which brings health improvements such as; balance, flexibility, stamina, strength and posture.

In addition to the physical health improvements, Taekwondo is also known to benefit mental health through increased confidence, improved self-esteem, focus, concentration levels and self-discipline. Taekwondo is suitable for all ages.

On the other hand, to maintain good physical health of the pupils of Sto. Nino ES, the school manage to have this engaging activity for grades 4-6. The said activity is done at the school's covered court.
